Thrive with Annie
Annie reached out to me with a request to create engaging content for her incredible business specialising in Mind Body Spirit Release Therapy: Thrive with Annie.
She was facing challenges in connecting with her audience and asked for my assistance. I took the time to understand her business model and analysed her current Instagram feed to identify areas for improvement.
From there, I developed a comprehensive library of posts and reels that addressed the key interests and needs of those seeking MBSR treatment, all while incorporating design elements that truly reflected her brand.
It was a rewarding experience to create this content for Annie and to delve into the fascinating world of MBSR.

I haven’t bought content before, but I got such a nice vibe from Rose’s messages it just ‘felt right’.
I thought a few times while she was creating, that I’d taken a bit of a risk just going for it and asking her to do 5 posts and 5 reels, but when I received the content I was absolutely blown away.
She did her own research using my Instagram page and website to understand what I do and decide what was missing from my content and what I needed to post. This was so useful as I know my business inside out but couldn’t figure out what was missing!
She also shared her plan for my content and then rustled it up. She was very independent and decisive which I really liked and the content was thoughtful, beautiful, and aimed at my clients very well.
It is so professional! I love that I can now share my content creating with her - it is a real weight lifted to have found someone that really gets it whilst supporting another mums business . I highly recommend her!
